Here is a home that went through some extensive remodeling. With over $200,000 in renovations, this Turtle Rock home in Irvine went from outdated to outstanding. The home features marble and hardwood floors, paneled walls and LED lights throughout the house. Every part of the home looks brand new, from new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets in the kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom and bathroom and a very cozy family room. The back patio is also a perfect area for entertaining and the family and master bedroom have perfect views for enjoying the sunset.

Loved photographing this beautiful modern home on the Newport Canal. The open floor plan is loaded with rustic features, including as oak wood beams/floors and limestone walls. The kitchen comes with designer stainless steel appliances and neolith countertops and forms clean sleek lines. The living room has sliding window doors that lead to the patio and boat deck.
