This was one of the more interesting and unique homes I’ve shot in the New Year of 2016. The house has upgrades throughout the house, but the main feature is the incredibly high vaulted ceiling living room and it’s not very often you see this kind of architecture. The overmantel and the beautiful wood wall reaches the same height of the ceiling and is met by the wooden vaulted ceiling with wooden beams. This design makes this home truly a one-of-a-kind in the city of Irvine. The house also features a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, travertine backsplash, designer stainless steel appliances, a formal dining area with a nice chandelier and remodeled bathroom in the master bedroom.
